Wide spectrum antibiotic with Bacterial resistance – Inhibitor
FORMULATION
Each tablet contains:
Amoxicillin base———200 mg Clavulanic acid… 50 mg
Excipients-q.s.ad……………. 1 tablet
INDICATIONS
For the treatment of periodontal infections caused by susceptible strains of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria.
Treatment of skin and soft tissues infections caused by susceptible species of Staphylococcus spp., E. coli, Pasteurella spp., and Streptococcus spp.
Treatment of respiratory tract and urinary tract infections, including those caused by susceptible species of E. Coli.
Osteomyelitis treatment
Others bacterial complications susceptible to amoxicillin in dogs and cats.
DOSAGE
Only in dogs and cats: Oral route, 11 to 20 mg of amoxicillin and 2.75 to 5 mg of clavulanic acid per kg of body weight every 8 to 12 hours. In practice, this dose is equivalent to 1 Amoxi Tabs C®-250 tablet every 16 kg of body weight every 8 to 12 hours.
STORAGE: Keep in a dry and cool place, protected from light exposure, store among 15°C and 30 -°C. Do not expose to extreme temperatures. Keep out of reach of children and domestic animals.
COMMERCIAL PRESENTATION: Box of 10,30, 50 and 100 cross-scored tablets.
