Registration for booths is closed when booths are sold out and normally 1 month before the event date. For InterPet Expo Vi\u1ec7t Nam Ha Noi, we will have 2 phases: Early Bird, and Regular. Early Bird deadline is 31st Dec, 2025, Regular deadline is 17th March, 2026. For InterPet Expo Vi\u1ec7t Nam HCM, we will have 3 phases: Super Early Bird, Early Bird, and Regular. Super Early Bird deadline is 31st Dec, 2025, Early Bird deadline is 30th April, 2026, and Regular deadline is 28th July, 2026<\/p><div><span data-mention=\"7. Each InterPet Expo Vi\u1ec7t Nam exhibitor will receive 5 exhibitor name badges\/each booth. You may require more or less, Please get in touch with our customer-care staff for confirmation<\/div><div>Exhibitor name badges are ready to collect 2 days before the show opening date, in the afternoon from 1:30PM \u2013 5:00PM, and 1 day before the show opening date, within 9:00AM \u2013 5:30PM\u00a0 at the Information Desk at the venue. A person can collect all name badges of his\/her company when he\/she states the correct company name, booth number and shows evidence such as his\/her name card, email confirmation, phone number\u2026 the organizer may request to check his\/her ID card in case of any suspicion.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>9. Utilities rental cost will increase 5% for late application (5 days before the event set-up date), and increase 20% for late application (3 days before the event set-up date), and 50% for on-site application (during the construction time and the show time)<\/p><p><strong>II. Les stands et le mobilier lou\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre restitu\u00e9s en bon \u00e9tat.<br \/>Ne vous tenez pas debout, ne vous asseyez pas et ne posez pas d&#039;objets de plus de 20 kg sur les tables ou les \u00e9tag\u00e8res. N&#039;utilisez les chaises que pour vous asseoir.<br \/>\u2013 N\u2019utilisez ni couteau, ni marteau, ni machine, car cela pourrait endommager la structure du stand, la surface de la table ou de la chaise.<br \/>\u2013 Ne tra\u00eenez pas les tables, les chaises ou les machines qui pourraient endommager la moquette du stand.<\/p><p>3. Pour la cloison de s\u00e9paration d&#039;une cabine standard<\/p><p>&#8211; The exhibitors must deposit wall partition if you use to stick posters or use metal frame hiflex on wall, each of partition is 500,000 VND\/wall and the official constractor will return the deposit after finishing the event at the official counter if no damage to the wall. There is a charge\u00a0 of 500,000 VND\/ damaged wall partition. The exhibitors may be requested to pay a wall cleaning fee of 150,000 VND\/ glued or dirty wall.<\/p><p>*All above regulations are applied to standard booths and take effect immediately after exhibitors have received their booth. The organizer and the official contractor may request the exhibitor to stop booth decoration if standard booth regulations are violated. The exhibition must compensate for damages responsible for any damages to the structure, floor, walls and any part of the property of the organizer. The exhibitor may impose a surcharge determined by the organizer and the official contractor.<\/p><p><strong>III. Toute structure de stand obstruant l&#039;all\u00e9e et de couleur assortie au tapis Pyrex est interdite.
